I haven't really watched the whole anime nor have i read the manga but i can definitely confirm that wasn't the biggest rage moment, in fact it was more like "bro got so mad he grew up" and that's kinda funny tbh
Better watch the anime and then comment. This is definitely one of the,if not the greatest rage moment in shonen anime. The whole episode,voice acting, music, animation, emotions were just peak.
